Summary: For those looking to disconnect and get away from everything, this is a very nice property and has lots of scope for making it wonderful. Neslted in the midst of winding roads, this farm has animals, fruit trees, a pickleball court, a Koi pond and a playground. Cell signal is non-existant and if you are not in the house and connected to wi-fi, you could be living the life of a hermit. The house was well-decorated and equipped. However, there is definitely room for improvement - the floors were had wet shoe foot prints and dirt tracked from those shoes all over, the refrigerator was not clean, the microwave oven was precariously placed. Contacting the property manager allowed us to access the vaccuum cleaner, but we requested a cleaning crew to come mop the floor and clean the refrigerator and nobody came. The playground was run down with broken swings and overgrown grass and weeds. My 6-year-old daughter could not use it. The area around the Koi pond could defintiely use more maintenance - the hammock was unusable as were the chairs and the water was too murky to spot any Koi.
